    I'm 5'5 and my goal is between 130-135. If I can get between those numbers I'll be happy with it.

    currently a comfortable size 12, want to be a size 6 or 8.

    at about 5'3.5-5'4 I would say my goal weight is anywhere from 115-120. i'm currently 144. Weighing 115 is just a number and I know many people that are my height and weight around115 and still look chunky. i also know girls who are 5'3 and around 130 who look fit and trim. I guess it all depends on my body shape and what I'm ultimately happy with.

    Current weight 171.5lb and goal for now is to get to 150 and then I will see if I want to lose more when I get there

    5'4 - curvy - Currently: size 6-8 depending on the brand and cut

    Starting Weight - 156 lbs
    Current Weight - 131lbs
    Goal Weight - between 120-125 lbs

    I was soo close to my goal at 127 then i went on vacation for two weeks, first day back in the gym and it was great!

    I am a little under 5" 2 my goal is 123.5 lb (56 Kg) ( I am currently 167.6 lb)

    I am 5'3 and my ideal weight is 135ish give or take. I am top and bottom heavy which I love but the rest is not pretty.
  • Hi I'm 5"4'.. I've lost alot of weight in the past, my heaviest was about 14 stone. I've managed to keep most of it off but my weight does fluctuate from time to time. the lowest weight i reached was 8 stone 7 which was about a year ago, but i was told i looked too skinny ( loved hearing that!).. but it was true i wasnt eating enough and exercising too much which i realise now was very silly!

    My current weight is 10 stone 3 and my target is 9 stone 7 ( 145lbs).. which i have to say i'm struggling with!!

    Any tips or advice would be much appreciated :)

    my goal is to be able to have fun with my kids and be healthy and show them how to be healthy very hard at time and obviously lose my baby weight

    I'm 5ft 4 and am aiming for 140 lbs. I'll see how I go from there. At 52, being too thin can sometimes age your face too much.

    5' 3" - 210 lbs and ideal would 140lbs or less. Really stuggling though.

    I'm 5'3 I'd love to weigh 120lbs! But realistically I hope to gain muscle and get toned so I could be happy around 130. I'm currently 294, the heaviest I've ever been!! I'm determined to lose the weight and keep it off this time!!!

    I'm 5'3 (161cm) and my goal is 88lbs (40kg). My CW is 99lbs (45kg), so i'm very close to my GW :)

    Then we'll go from there, I was down to 179 a few years back and was pretty happy with my curves and size 10. I think 150-160 and in shape I would be happy and content.

    I am 5'3.75 and currently weight 175 with a goal of 125!! =P

    It is my first week with Optifast70 medically supervised liquid diet, and I am shedding the water weight fast (lost 5lbs in water weight in 3 days)! Can't wait for the fat burning phase to kick in and I know those pounds mean something. <3

    I'm between 5'3 and 5'4 and my goal is to be around 125. At my "thinnest" I was 118 when I was training for my black belt, which admittedly was a little bit too small, but now I am at 148. I would probably feel comfortable at that 125.

    I'm 5'5". I am big boned and have a large bust, so I'm not sure where to set my goal. I remember in high school gym class they told us that we should weigh 100 lbs for the first 5 feet, then 5 pounds for every inch taller. That would mean I should be 125. At the time that seemed both unreasonable and impossible and it still does. I'm shooting for 145 - 150 and when I get there I'll see what it looks like and adjust accordingly. I think that's probably about what I weighed as a teen ager, but I don't really remember. I just remember always feeling fat.
  • My mail ultimate goal is 120... but I will be ok with 135 :) I was there right before surgery and now I am 150 and want to get back down to that weight sooo sooo sooo bad!!

    I'm 5'3 and am 163 at the moment. My goal is to get back to my pre-baby weight of around 125ish, give or take a couple of lbs.

    I'm 5'4" and would be content at 140. However, 130-135 would be even better. :-)

    Hi, all! I'm a smidge under 5'4", currently 191, and my current goal is 140. I'm guessing that would put me in a size 4 or 6, depending upon how much of that is muscle.

    At my healthiest and most active, I weighed around 125, but that was when I was in my late teens. In my early 20s, I was very happy at around 130. I figure now that I'm in my mid-30s and post-baby, 140 is a sensible goal.

    When I start to approach that goal, I'll see how much further down it makes sense to go. Who knows? I may get back to 125 and my size 4 frame some day! :bigsmile:

    Almost 5'3" and have a small frame. My goal weight is 90 lbs., but I feel okay at 92. Currently 95.5 so I'm almost back to my Happy Weight! :happy:
