P90X + Shakeology

Im starting P90X monday and i just ordered the chocolate shakeology shakes along with tony's recovery drink and the whey protien powder. I was wondering if anyone has had some serious results with these things paired together. I am 169lbs and i was hoping to be around 125 by the end of 120 days of the combo. I know that some decide not to follow the nutrition plan but i am going to. If anyone wants to give me some advice and success stories i would be very great-full. Pictures are a huge help also(:

I haven't done P90X or tried Shakeology, but two of my friends have.
One friend did P90X and lost 30 lbs.
Another friend just started Shakeology. She's trying to lose 20 lbs. The lady who turned her on to Shakeology dropped 40 lbs. with it.
