I guess the first question is should you even take any and if so what are some good ones?

    I take a multivitamin daily and use Unjury in my protein shakes.

    This is just what I take:
    Multi vit
    Chewable C
    B Complex
    D3 - 5,000 IU (this is high because I live in the dark Pacific Northwest and the single best thing I take)
    Cal/Mag
    Fish Oil
    Flax/Oil of Evening Primrose

    I have some friends who mock my vitamins but I feel great and can totally feel the difference from before. Good luck!
