Subway sandwich

I have a calorie question. So I get something specific at Subway today for lunch. I want to log it into my food tracker. However, the one I had them make is not in the selection. So my question is this. Should I go to the Subway website and get every ounce of info for each item I had on my sandwich and "build" my sandwich in my tracker or should I just choose which one best fits my sandwich? For instance their example is: Subway - 12" Turkey Breast on Wheat W/ Amr. Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Light Mayo for 740 calories. I substituted the mayo for light vinaigrette instead. I have 1,830 calories in 1 day so it's not going to make much of a difference in the #'s at the end. I haven't eaten all my calories in any given day anyway. I'm always under by about 150. I didn't eat the whole thing, I saved the other half and cut it into 2 for snacking later instead of going to my pantry and grabbing the big bag of cheetos. LOL. Any suggestions or advice?
