ucla extension writers program (anyone???)

i hope someone here knows about this.. very soon I'll be moving to California... my goal is to enroll in the ucla extension writers program... to become a comedy writer... my gpa is horrible but I have an incredible ability to write, ofcourse I want to master it... can anyone enroll the ucla extension writers program or will I have to get a better gpa.. do you have to go throught the normal crossing fingers to get accepted or is it a diferent type of program bc I know getting accepted to ucla is very very hard I just dont know how the extension program works.... so any advice.. anything would be greatly appreciated..

  • Well, if you look at the website it appears to be open enrollment. Which means that no matter your previous academic record you will be accepted and enrolled in courses at any time. However, I'd suggest calling the school and asking more specifically as I'm not from the California area and can really only guess.
