I just made these. Here is the verdict on using PB2 - make it very thick! Otherwise it gets to runny to make into balls. Also I reduced the sugar and it was still to sweet for my taste so I would go even lighter on that. Oh and I also omitted the salt. Didn't need it, personal taste.

Thanks! That's the info I needed!

Thanks. I was wondering about using PB2 and Stevia instead. Sooooo...how much PB2 did you use?

Why would you add baking soda if you are not baking them?

This is where I am confused too. Does the baking soda change the texture?

Thanks for the recipe and I can't wait to try them out!! :)

    Hi!
*3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of reduced fat peanut butter
    *3 tablespoons of sugar
    *1/8 of a banana (mashed)
    *1/8 tsp of Vanilla Extract
    *1/8 tsp of salt
    *1/4 tsp of baking soda

Mix the PB and sugar until its like a paste.
Then, with a mixer, mix in the banana with the PB and sugar.
Then mix in all the rest of the ingredients. It will look dry but keep mixing until you get a dough-y consistency.
Form dough into small 1 inch balls (or however big you want)
    This recipe makes 10 balls.
    Good luck! <3

I am on my phone and may not be able to reply to stuff.

Some people asked if you can use nut butter other than PB. I don't know I haven't tried it but I bet it'd be good.
