Hello forum, this is my first post so please be easy with me!!
I decided to make my own soup today full off different veg, onion, carrot, potatos, spring onion, leek, peppers. 2x low salt chicken oxo cubes.
It tasted a little bland so i added some salt and mixed pepper corns (ground).
Becase i am wanting to keep my salt intake down i was wondering if there is an alternative i could use instead of the salt?
Cheers

there are low sodium salt products - often 50 / 50 sodium / potassium chloride.
Not sure that helps your goal, as the body has a sodium / potassium balance to maintain,0 -
Double or even triple your spices! You won't miss the salt!0
