save extra calories if I went over other days?

It looks like I am going to have about 250 calories left over today (that's amazing because that is still allowing me to have a can of pepsi and some oreos, my fav). I know the importance of eating all of your calories and such. However, this will be the first night that I have had that many left over, I usually go over by at least 20(sometimes more ). So my question is, will not eating my extra calories today help balance out the days I did go over, or should I treat each day seperately with no regard to what happaned other days?

One day over or under isn't going to make or break you. It's the average of many days, the long run, that counts in the end.:flowerforyou:0

personal opinion is that its great you did not go over today, and yes in theory it will counter balance the other calories, but that is not goo. For instance, you cannot starve one day and eat terrible the next day because even though u ate the right amount of calories, your body freaks out and you will not lose (possibly gain) weight. So advice would be to treat each day and its calories by itself.0
