Serously.....I know this is a weight loss site.....and believe me....I am Very SERIOUS about reaching my goals and staying fit.....but Some people on here are just too serious....and have their panties stuck in a wad......

    Whats the point of a weight loss site and pictures if I can't show my love handles in the pictures? people get mad

    Honestly tonight i had a egg omelette with ham and cottage cheese cover in chicken fettuccine with ice cream afterwards

    But before that I made heavy squats in the gym so it ok

    on a side note i like the new aquafresh toothpaste flavours

    I so agree. I think most dont realize it but they get bored and end up leaving this site so we try to make it fun. We all are adults, ok maybe im not so much but its all fun.
