    Honestly tonight i had a egg omelette with ham and cottage cheese cover in chicken fettuccine with ice cream afterwards

    But before that I made heavy squats in the gym so it ok

    on a side note i like the new aquafresh toothpaste flavours

    It leaves their body with the exercise... the more calories they burn the less friendly and easy going they are - top that with a protein shake rather than a large milk shake from McDs and you have a complete miserable group...

    I totally agree...I noticed I've lost some friends in the last couple of days. I maybe crude sometimes, but I've lost 40 ****ing pounds in the process.
