I started this week at 182, and have lost 1.5 pounds so far. I see that everyone's goals are about 130- 120 but I truely think that is unabtainable for me. I weighed about 140 when I was a cheerleader and had solid muscle mass and played softball at the same time. I am really top heavy even when i am at a lower weight. Is 152 not a good weight for me?

Current weight is 180, started at 230.. goal is 145 and 21% body fat. If I look and feel good great if not keep going.0

Scales differ with numbers for me..but I'm just going to say I'm 265 right now since it's never been higher than that..I'm 5 foot 2 and I want to be 130..that's my magic number..but who knows..I might want to go down to 115..but not any lower. 130 is my goal right now. I'm barely on day 2 of my weight loss journey..but I know I will get there. I'm new here too so if anyone wants to add me then please do!0

I'm 5'1 and currently weigh 100.5.
I have a very small frame so I'd like to lose 5.5 pounds and maintain 95.
I have no clue what my body fat % is but at this point I am mainly focused on lowering it. I plan to buy calipers and get an estimate but my ideal bf% is 17%. I don't know if that's appropriate but I feel that I look a lot larger than I am because I'm "skinny fat."0 -

I'm an inch short of 5'1 but my goal is 110 -115. I'm at 128 now and my doc tells me I'm overweight. She wanted me to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I have since found a new doc.0

My ultimate goal is to be a size 6, but my short-term goal for this year is to lose 20% of my weight by Dec 31st. So far, I'm down about a dress size and I just started right after Memorial Day. Yay!0

I'm 5'1''. At my highest I was 190, and I'm currently 145. I would love to be 130? I feel like I don't carry my weight very evenly/prettily...so really once I feel "evened" out, I'll start maintaining.

when you say waist, is this the measurement at your belly button,or the narrowest part of your torso? I fluctuate between 27 and 29 inches around belly button. and wear a size 3 in pants.0 -
