Eating Back and Macros

If I eat back my exercise calories, I'm practically guaranteed to go over my carbs and fat and stuff, right? Because even if I've had a perfect day where I am right at my calories/carbs/fat/protein/fiber/etc levels, if I then exercise and eat calories back, I'll go over. Is that okay? Should I be anticipating this when I track my daily food??

The exercise that "adds" calories back also adds to you other macros since they are based on % of calories (except sodium)0
