I don't know that its exactly motivational, but it gets me pumped up to get on the treadmill. It's called Ready Steady Go by l'arc en ciel. It's in japanese, so i have no idea what they say, except for "ready, steady, go".

I've been dealing with crazy panic attacks lately. Been affraid

This is so embarrassing, but what the heck.

This song is not a LIFE motivating song (I keep those to myself), but it does inspire me to push a little harder when I hear it at the gym.... I don't know why. It just makes me feel like a the spotlight is on me, and I can do anything. Or whatever.

Some how or another, this song seems to show up on the radio when I'm having days where I think if just one more horrible thing happens it will be too much. I can't help but laugh and cry my way through it. Especially after hearing the story about this song's inspiration. According to an interview with Travis Tritt, this song was written when his back went out while he was home alone and stranded for 3 days until a neighbor found him on his hall floor. I'll bet the day they found him really WAS a great day to be alive.

I'm not ashamed to admit this, but "Sexy Back" from JT. It just motivates me to bring back sexy, and by sexy I mean my confidence back.

Another song has to be Eye of a tiger. I don't know ANY of the lyrics, but the moment the music begins, motivation arises..haha

I always feel my mood lift when The Fighter by the Foo Fighters comes along.
