When you were little what did you want to be and what do you do now?

I wanted to be a lawyer/psychiatrist/doctor... I was ambitious. :)

Now I'm a stay at home mom but I start school to get my ADN in the Fall.

What about you?

    When I was little I wanted to be a lot of things...teacher, ballerina, veterinarian. I almost went into forensic science after high school, but I decided I wanted a family with my boyfriend (now husband) more than a demanding career so now I'm a stay at home mom. Love every minute of it. =)

    I plan on getting my Associates Degree in Nursing and using that to get my masters. From there I'm not sure yet.

    Well I have an office, but I also do a lot of public speaking, sales, special events, and so forth. I was shy and studious - I would never have envisioned having a job that requires me to be outgoing and social.

    It's funny when I was in high school I never wanted to be in the spotlight, now I love to shine. Lol.

    I wanted to be a comedian. So I became one. But eventually I realized I couldn't do it professionally and live where I live, so I hung it up and got a real (office) job. Good times though.

    I wanted to be a psychologist, hairstylist, and a flight attendant. Didn't have the grades for a psychologist, the height for a flight attendant, but I did become a hairstylist. Now I am a stay at home mommy and I do hair for friends and family.

    When I was very young, I wanted to be a vet. Then, I developed an allergy to cats.

    Writing has always been my thing, but I never saw it as a career so I grew up not really having a plan, and just working on developing the skills that interested me, such as web design and media alongside my writing.

    I did a media-related degree, specialising in research, thinking that would be my career. I planned to keep web design and writing as my hobbies. Three years on, I'm a writer. My web design skills are helping my career, and the thing I did a degree in is now my hobby! It's perfect this way, so I'm glad it worked out as it did.
