What supplements are you taking???

Hello i have been working out for 7 days now and happy to say i haven't had a soda in 7 days also (which is amazing for me) I'm thinking about taking some supplements but is there any you take or suggest to help in the weigh loss journey??

Good job stopping the soda! I completely stopped drinking my Diet Coke as well.
Supplements.. I drink green tea 2 or 3 times a day, take a multivitamin, fish oil pills, and have been trying the green coffee extract twice a day before meals.

What does fish oils do? I have seen a lot of people taking them!! Thanks for responding!!

Anyone else have any vitamins that they would suggest? And the purpose for them? Thanks!!!0

I take a gummy vitamin, a gummy calcium supplement, a gummy fiber supplement, and a fish oil supplement (which doesn't come in gummy form for obvious reasons). I find that I'm really bad about not taking my vitamins when they're in pill form. So much for being an adult, eh?0
