not sure im doing it right?

not sure im doing this loosing weight loss thing right? so hard to know what to do. It says eat 1200 cals which is bit much but then i exercise and it says i have over 800 cals left and i need to eat them or wont loose and may put on, i think its too much eating all that? any advice?

    You gain more calories to eat when you exercise. Its your choice whether you use them.

    the farther you get into it, you'll need to eat those extra calories to keep up your workouts

    1200 is the MINIMUM- you need to eat! If you exercise- you still need to try and get up to the 1200 limit again.......You also need to be eating healthy stuff to get up to the limit. I had FF yogurt with fresh blueberries and raspberries this AM, then for lunch a Lean Cuisine quesadilla and a salad w/ FF ranch dressing-I only have 704 calories left for dinner. If you are only eating 400 calories- that is WAY to low......
