I'm 5' 1" and am currently 109 pounds. At my heaviest I was 118. I'd like to loose just a bit more weight and get to 105 pounds (my "ideal" running weight) but mostly I'd like to gain muscle and get rid of some of my flab!

I'm 5'1 1/4 and I currently way around 208-209 pounds. I had no idea I weighed that much until I went to the doctor last week. So, that's when I joined MFP.

    Short term goal: 160
    Long term goal: 135

According to my BMI I should weigh around 132.5 pounds, so anything around that, I would be incredibly happy with :)

5'1.75" (when you're short, every little bit counts).
    Currently at 137 lbs.
Not sure where I want to go. Maybe 115 lbs?
I have the fattest tire that folds and makes it very difficult to breathe when I'm sitting or trying to do yoga :(

    i measure at 5'1.75'' as well!! :)
I currently am about 115ish give or take. I definitely want to lose more body fat (most of it is only around my middle and boobs). But as for weight, I have no idea what I should be at while looking more toned and gain some muscle.
  • 5'2" long legs, short torso and really it's just about trimming and toning my midsection. Since we have smaller torso's it's the hardest part (at least for me it is) to get down.

    I am currently 5 foot 2 (and 3/4 LOL) and 258 pounds

First goal is to get under 220 which is the heaviest I ever was PREGNANT with either of my kids.(my youngest is now 10)

I knew I had gained all the pregnancy weight "and then some" back but it was not until a month ago that I stepped on the scale and knew I had gained an additional 50 pounds on TOP of that ..I was in utter denial about just how big I was/am.

Next goal to get out of the 200s

Next goal is to get to 170 which is about what I was when I walked down the aisle so I would like to be able to put my wedding gown on again.

Next goal after that will be to get down to 145

ULTIMATE goal would be to reach 125 which is the weight I was at my happiest fittest in high school (on my original first drivers license in which I did NOT lie about my weight)

I also have some NON scale related goals I want to reach as well:

first one being to be able to do full lunges (not modified wussy pants lunges that I do now but real full lunges that pretty much have the knee touching the ground

2ns NS goal is to be able to walk into target or old navy or some place with really cheapo cute clothes in the ladies department and shop...even if its the higher end sizes of the ladies sizes--but to be able to get out of the WOMENS sizes or PLUS sizes will be a HUGE goal for me

3rd NS goal is to complete the C25K and actually register for and complete a real 5 k.

That is a great goal, but better than getting into the skirt will be how you feel about yourself. That is what I am working on--liking myself more. And for me it is all about the weight. Sending lots of encouragement to you.....Page

I'm 5'1" and weigh 173-176 (depending on the scale)... My year long goal is to lose 10% of my weight and get down to 158... but my long term weight loss goal is to get down to around 120-125. That was were I was 8 years ago and it's where I felt my best... and I would love to be back there again. I still have a super cute skirt I used to wear (pretty much the last thing left from that wardrobe and I wore it on my husband's and my first date) and I want to be able to wear it again. :-D

^ That is so adorable. I really hope you are able to reach your goal. That sounds so romantic! :flowerforyou:

I'm 5'2", and my goal is 125-130. I'm finally down to 140, & I feel like I have a lot more than 15 lbs. of fat still on my body. I told my husband I will have reached my goal when I can't do the "Jello Dance", when I feel jiggling when I run, and my kids can grab meat at my upper arm or leg when they want my attention. So I my end up less than 125, but I'm also working on strength training, so I never know.

Miss_Allie, that is my biggest problem! I am so out of proportion my boyfriend and I actually have the same inseam length of 32 inches (and he is 4 inches taller than me). I like my long legs but my midsection tends to look chubbier than it really is because its so stumpy!
  • Short Term: 127

    Long Term: 117
  • My goal is 130-140 and to be able to run the mile in my best time of 10min.

I'm about 5'2.5". I just gave birth to my son in May and was up to 174 at the time of his birth. This is 34 lbs more than I've ever weighed. I shed 27 lbs pretty quickly but am now at a standstill even though I am breastfeeding. I can't really "diet" since I'm BF-ing. I'm supposed to be eating 500 extra calories. I know it has only been 6 weeks but it is frustrating to see the scale and not be able to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes.

My goal is to get down to 120. I was only 7 lbs from goal in September 2011 when I got pregnant.
  • I'm 5'1.5" (I usually just say 5'2") and my goal is 125.

I've lost 10lbs already, two of them since joining up here, which was last week.

I'm 5' 1.5" and my ultimate goal is around 112. My heaviest was 128, I am now happy to say I am 116.5! My overall goal is a lower body fat percentage and toning though, so whatever weight I'm at when I get to that point I'll be happy with!

Feel free to add me :)

I'm 5'2" and my short term goal (although it will take awhile) is 155. I am 218 as of last Saturday; I don't weigh again until tomorrow. I started in January at 257. Long term; I would love to be 125-130, but that will take a lot of work and mostly time.

5'2 here and have finally hit 114. Even though it is lower than my original goal weight, I am still kinda flabby. Time to start toning I guess...
