I love to see all of the posts of before and after pictures. It's so inspiring and motivational. It also gives us a chance to show off our new confidence in our bodies. It also helps us find people that we can relate to and gain insight from.

Can we all do another thread like that? Big, small, fat, skinny, fit, obese, whatever. Big losses, small losses, etc. Share your story and/or pictures! :)

I am 5'7 and started at 157 lbs. I am now around 133 lbs. It took me about 3 months to lose the weight and now I've gotten into running and will be completely my first 5K in a few weeks.

OP, you are also hot :) I got distracted by light bulb guy, sorry. I would totally share my progress if I had some pictures because tonight I'm feeling particularly proud of my progress (even though I'm still overweight), alas, I do not have a current photo.

I'm 5'2" & my highest weight was at 75 kilos or 165lbs. BMI at 30.2 & body fat was at 43% so I was a certified obese. Now I'm playing between 53.6-54.2 kilos or 118-120lbs. but it took me 3 painful years to lose all these 50 pounds due to my PCOS.

before (in the first pic, I was the one in green shirt) - these are the only ones that I have since I hated the cameras before

Many thanks to heavy weight lifting (so the saying that heavy weight will make a woman bulk up is a myth)

Right now I'm working on to lower more my body fat percentage to teens. Currently I'm at 20%
