Proof that what we've been told to do for years works!! I have eliminated nothing from my diet, I've changed my lifestyle and the things I ate frequently, became the things I ate moderately.     Options
    To do images put [ img ] before the image URL and [ /img ] after the image, but delete the spaces between the brackets and the text. EXAMPLE: [ img ]http://www.CandyastrasImage.com/picture1.jpg[ /img ]
