i ran 2.25 miles this morning and will be doing P90X Yoga X this afternoon (93 minutes long - ouch!).0

Hopefully go for a run later tonight but not sure weather will hold up so may just clean and organize my garage.
As far as your workout I say JM 30DS then a 30 minute run on treadmill!0 -
Taking my rest days this weekend (one day being a boat ride crab feast--so excited!)

Earlier I did my circuit training with my 35lb. dumbbells. Boy I was sweating like hell & my heart beat really fast in just 20 mins0

Deadlifts, 1 arm DB floor presses,1 arm DB rows, hanging knee raises. That's the main part and some random stuff through out the day-push-ups, hip raises, squats0

Fridays are my "off day". I will do a few squats, desk pushups, lunges and low impact aerobics in my office on my breaks, but other than that nothing.0

Gonna try sprint work for the *first* (sort of) time at the HS track in town when it cools off tonight. Maybe I'll punish my legs with some stadiums

well I did 30DS level 2 and really pushed it hard and got a good burn. Hopefully I'll get to do a run later too but for now, this sweaty mess is hitting the showers;-)0

Nothing.................but i will be doing a massive walk tomorrow (www.parishwalk.com) so could be doing 19 miles or 30.5 depending on how i feel0

One hour non-stop walking outside, if the heat wave has left, then I might push that to 2 hours
Followed by short kettlebell workout0 -
Normally I'd do a Jillian Michaels dvd, but I'm going hiking tomorrow so today is a "rest day" so I'm taking my kids swimming. I like to still do something active on my rest days.0

30 minutes on a stair stepper with a 35 pound vest on, 30 minutes + of strength training (chest, bi, tri and abs today) and maybe squeeze in a walk tonight after dinner with my daughter in the stroller when the sun is going down- takes 30 minutes.0

Elliptical, free weights, and maybe some tread mill, if i can squeeze it into my lunch break!0
