Weigh In

Do you weigh once a week or everyday? I've set my weigh in day for every Monday.

    I weigh myself every morning, but only record when there is a loss for 2 days in a row.

    Once a week - Mondays as well. I'm anticipating a plateau soon enough from all the stories I've read on MFP so I may change it to once every few weeks when/if that happens.

    Once every two weeks. I have driven myself crazy before by weighing every day. Now have no scales in the house and use the body analyzer at work (we are lucky enough to have a Wellness Division devoted to employeee health and wellness). I have found great success both physically and emotionally since dropping the daily mindf**k of the scale.

    I try to only weigh myself once a week, on Thursday mornings, but sometimes I find myself on the scale a little more often. It's hard to see progress when weighing yourself daily.
