Are they any good for exercise?

i feel they are, unless you have any knee, hip, or ankle issues. i love using them as my cardio after or before my leg workouts!0

Great for exercise! The higher you set the step the faster you can get your heart rate up. I love to turn on the tv and watch my favorite shows and exercise.0

I tried a step class for the first time Monday night - loved it - will be adding to my weekely routine! Must really work the legs - my calfs are still sore!!!0
