What should I eat for my exercise calories?

I really have trouble eating over the 1200 mark with or without exercise so what are some healthy options for me to eat to help me eat all my exercise calories back?

Granola bars and things like that are pretty calorie dense and tasty, I think.
So if you like those, they could be a good, healthy way to tack on extra calories.

GNC or Vitamin Shoppe have the higher quality protein shakes, both powder and ready-to-drink containers. I like the BSN Syntha 6 - mix it with 2% milk, it tastes like a milkshake. That should help you meet your goals.
