    I've been an athlete during my child & teenage years too, but I'll NEVER look like that!!! Way to go, amazing transformation!!!

    I had a 6 pack when I was 4. I may just be one of those people who just naturally have it? Or maybe both doing sports my whole childhood and being built for muscle. Who knows?

    That was going to be my question, what kind of workout did you do along with the diet. I started doing P90 along with my diet and I am down 24 lbs so far.

    Thanks everyone. The journey isn't over, but today has been awesome. I am not sure where to go next, but I'll just enjoy where I'm at for the mean time.

    Just make sure to love who you are now. Always always always love yourself. Weight loss is so much easier when you are happy and you love yourself.
