Help i'm new!

I'm 23 years old and I have a two year old son. I've gained quite a lot of weight , my goal is to get back down to 125 lbs. Does any one have any tips on excercies I can do with my son? And where can I find a place that has healthy recipies. I'm having a hard time eating the 1,200 calories I always go over!!

    Do a google search on "mommy and me exercise" and you will find a ton of ideas from DVDs to groups to free online demo videos. Good Luck!

    I really like Kraft Canada for recipes. They are not always healthy but you can make them healthy with smart substitutions and they are always really easy and delicious recipes.
