Greetings!

I am new here! Just wanting to introduce myself and say I am in the Weight loss journey/struggle or whatever you like to call it. I love/hate food. I have quit somking and replaced my smoking habit with a food habit. So now I have to kick that habit. So...feel free to add me.

  • fHi! Feel free to add me. I'm new as well and eventhough you traded habits congrats for quitting smoking that most have been SO HARD for you. Good luck with your goals.

    Welcome!! Is that what happened to me?? no, I have had the food problem all along! but congrats on the Quitting smoking! I know how hard it is!! I quit in 2002. I am new also and open for adds!

    Hi everyone,

    I'm new to MFP, although I've had a lifelong journey with weight loss! My top weight was 325, now at 170. A few more to go. But more than the number on a scale or BMI chart, I am going by how I feel and how comfortable I am in my body. Welcome to adding friends here to support each other on the journey!
