I try to stay around 1400-1600 but feel free. I once had a hard time getting up to 12000

I'm actually doing 1200 calories a day. Today is my 5th day. So far so good. It has been very easy for me and I can already feel the difference, I'm loving it! :happy:0

Added you. I eat less. Usually between 900- 1100. I am cutting with a big calorie deficit though and focussing on protein as the main part of my diet. and doing lots of cardio. I don't know if its good for you. What are you aiming for?0

Mine is...I have been eating a big protein shake in the mornings. I hit my goal today, so I'm eating food now...no shakes for me for awhile.0

I'm on 1200 but I exercise a lot on most days, so I usually eat some of my exercise calories. Mainly only if I get hungry. So far, I've lost nearly 40lbs doing it that way. Feel free to add me.0
