    Absolutely incredible! Not only do you look 20 years younger but the shape to your body is phenomenal for anyone - let alone someone who has gone through such a transformation. Great to see on you last post that you have done it with a sensible, not too low, calorie intake and plenty of exercise away from the gym. Proof that we can all make a change in our lives!
