You will need -
1 medium banana (105 calories)
1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (6 calories)
2 tbsp skim milk (25 calories)
1 packet splenda (0 calories)
Sprinkle of cinnamon (negligible, but you can count it if you want)
Cut a slit lengthwise in the banana peel, leaving the banana in the skin. Do not peel, just push the ends a bit to open the banana.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and wrap in tin foil.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until soft and hot (skin will darken, this is normal!)
Meanwhile, mix cocoa, milk and splenda in a small bowl and warm in microwave in 15-second increments, mixing between, until smooth.
Remove banana from oven (be careful!) open a little more and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Enjoy!
