Where did my plump butt go?

Since I am at the point where I need to start toning because I am 1lbs from my goal weight. I noticed my butt is flat and not "plump" like it use to be.. I miss that. (Pants are just not fitting tight in the butt area like I want them to haha) With that being said, I am trying to find exercises that will "plump" my butt up! Any suggestions/excercises would be great Thanks!

definitely weighted squats but make sure you go past parallel since that works the hammies and glutes... also deadlifts... front lunges, side lunges, reverse lunges.0

You could try doing the Beachbody Brazil Butt Lift DvD! I've seen some neat results from it and I'm going to do it once I finish my Insanity workout.
They have a specific program to plump up flatter booties, so that might be something up your alley.0 -
You should focus on glute specific exercises such as: cable kickbacks, hack squats, lateral step-up with kickbacks, wide-stance leg press and plie squats.0

Brazilian Butt Lift. It is a great program that was put out by Beachbody! It focuses on the tush!!!!0 -
