Hey everyone!
So on Saturday mornings, I have a long training for gymnastics.
Basically, we get to gym at 8am and run (sprint) then walk (for 25-30mins), followed by 30mins of stretching, then routines and skills etcetera until 1pm.
I have heard that its better to eat high-gi carbs before a run, but since in in the gym for a long time after that would low-gi be better?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi GI is fine right before exercise because exercise prevents the insulin response.0

2 scoops whey with water + a cup of oats = my pre workout meal every gym day
i'll throw in a tbsp of brown sugar on my oats every now and then if im feeling fancy0
