I keep putting off this work out, but tomorrow I AM doing it. My questions are how soon did you feel or see a change and how successful was it with getting rid of love handles/back fat/dunlap (tummy over-hang). My life goal is to be a size 8/9. I'm a 15/16 I believe. So is my goal doable? I want to hit that goal by November and for those who got results were you able to drop around 4 pant sizes in that general amount of time? The time span is around 5 months.

Thank you all so so much!

I noticed changes after the 5th or 6th day when I started it. And you should definitely be able to get to your goal size by November. I'm guessing that is when I'll hit my goal weight as well, though, I've already almost lost 2 pants sizes in 30 days by alternating C25K and circuit training. You might want to consider trying that as well.

I did the first 10 days and got bored with it, you sure do feel it though, by day 5 I noticed a difference in my arms and my endurance went through the roof from where it had started. I switched to general strength training with my boyfriends help, and elliptical 5 days a week. It's worth if it you think you'll enjoy it and stick to it :)

Im only on day 3 but already I can feels endurance is lasting longer. And one too is even a bit loser so that's a bonus.

    What's the C2K

C25K is a training program for beginner runners. It is short for Couch to 5K. It is a 9 week program that builds you up to running 5k, though it is easy to repeat days as necessary. I started week 4 today and I love it! I'm not losing pounds so much as inches, but as I said above, I already lost 2 pants sizes. Went from a US size 14 to almost a US size 10 (they button and zip but are a little snug yet). I love the challenge since I never thought I'd be able to run and I feel great!
