    Based on your diary, it looks like you're burning a lot of calories, and doing everything right in the gym...but your not eating enough. Try eating closer to 2,000 calories a day.

    I agree, I looked at your diary entries for the last week and you still had in excess of 1K calories a day!

    It's a misconception that we have to eat less in order to lose weight but in reality you need to feed your body the right amount of nutrition and calories it needs to support itself. What happens is when your body feels there is not enough calories it will store calories as fat.

    But in any case you have transformed yourself well....just eat a bit more. For me if I don't eat much maybe i'll have an extra 300-500 calories left over in a day and maybe thats once a week and it rarely happens because I need to feed my body.

    Are you serious? You are wayyyyy smaller and more toned now.

    Like others said - lift as heavy as you can. You won't get big - you'll just get amazing.
