2000 calorie a day

Hi

Just after 5 days of keeping up with MFP I realized I'm actually consuming a 2000 calorie diet - a day !

What do three meals and afternoon tea look like for 1200 a day ?

Do drop in some plans, would really help to know !

    If you make your diet diary public we could give good suggestions. Hard to suggest meals without knowing the types of foods you eat.
