    I recently discovered the body by vi shakes.. all I can say is NUMMO! I drink one for breakfast and then go workout..I eat lunch and dinner.

    How many shakes do you drink a day? What is your favorite?

    I also do just one shake per day!!! My first 90 days ROCKED!!!! I lost a total of 50lbs....went on vacation and today starts my 2nd 90 day challenge so I can see if I can get this other 50lbs off!!!! Wish me LUCK...(I need it...lol)
