Went in for my six month blood pressure/Chloesterol check today.
The results are in and they look great. He didn't decrease any of my meds yet, but I don't have to go back until next summer.
NON-HDL 164 117
CHOLESTEROL 212 158
TRIGLYCERIDES 94 63
HDL 48 41
LDL 145 104
They asked how I did it and I told them it was with MFP! Gotta love this site!
