How do you log in exercesite from a Bootcamp?

I finally signed up for an hour long bootcamp....Monday, Wed, Fri and Sat .... I'm so excited!!
I'm not sure how I would log that type of exercise.... it's weight training, cardio, streching, etc...etc..

Any help would be greatly appreciated :happy:

    ideally, you'd be best off getting a HRM. But if not, perhaps log it as circuit training. Though I suspect that will underestimate your burn.

    I log it as cardio weight training and aerobics high impact.

    Circut training might be an acceptable option:)

    it'll depend on the day and whether it's a strength focused or metabolic circuit focused class -- either way, an HRM would be the best way to log it, but if that's not an option I'd suggest Circuit Training in the MFP database... Have fun!
