    Yes I can tell a difference. Fantastic, hard job.
    I have also been here a month and lost 10 lbs but I can´t feel any change. My clothes are just as tight :( No one around me family or friends notice andy difference either.
    I so hope that soon I will be showing this much difference.
    I say keep up the good work.

    Thought I would post a "before before" picture.

    This was taken 5 years ago, right before I found I was pregnant with my first. I weighed around 105-110 here. Its the most recent "right before I got preggers" picture i have ( I cant seem to find many pics from before i bought my digital camera)

    I have this posted on my fridge as my motivation. To remind myself I used to be thin and loved my body. I can be there again :)




    ........Well, 2 kids later, maybe not 105-110 thin, but I think 120- 130 is a realistic goal :)
