Hey just wondering if anyone has any ideas for breakfast at work that's high in protein? It's the one meal I really struggle to get any protein in especially as I don't eat eggs.

When I work day shift I like to mix an EAS Carb Conscious Chocolate drink with a scoop of Chocolate Protein powder and a fat free vanilla yogurt. I mix it up in my Magic Bullet then take it with me.....its gone by the time I hit the parking lot:drinker: 77g Protein, 370 calories. Keeps me full til lunch!0 -

You could give a shot on real cooked meals for breakfast if you have time. You may found yourself may more satisfied. I don't eat breakfast myself, but the whole "cereals, fruits, milk, banana, and love" is just a vision provided by food industry. Nothing prevents us from eating a whole chicken alive in the morning0 -
I always have a hemp protein shake - i normally have a snack around 10/11 of cheese or turkey0

You don't eat egg because you don't like the taste, or because of allergies?
if its the former, I can relate because i don't like the taste of egg but I can eat food with it if you can't taste it.
I make a sort of "protein cake" sometimes, and I promise you it doesn't taste like egg...
1 scoop protein powder, 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, 1 tablespoon milk, 1 egg.
Mix it together until its a batter and microwave in a mug for about 60-90 seconds on high setting
- essentially stop it when it starts to peek over the edge of the mug, otherwise it can dry out a bit.
I usually mix it up so the gooey-ier part up the top is even spread so its not too dry down the bottom, but this may just be mi microwave.0
