For night shift at work. Usually 12hrs long. I have a microwave and fridge. I usually do greek yogurt, cold cereal, pb and j, hot pockets, or lean cuisine. Salads don't sit well in the middle of the night. Upset stomach. Please help me out of my rut

I make a pot of soup at the start of the week and pop single portions into the freezer. Soup fills me up, and is comforting because it's warm- maybe that might be a light meal that will get you through night shift? I always add lentils or barley to bulk up the soup a bit, and take a bit of bread to dip in the soup0

1 serving of: lentils, black beans and red beans. 1 tbsp of salsa and a cup of rice should keep you nice and full. Add a piece of fruit and you've got yourself a complete meal that only takes a minute to heat and is full of fiber and protein to keep you full.0
