I just found myself looking at cake and repeated ' Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels' over and over
Does anyone else have weird little quotes they repeat to themselves to keep motivated?
Oh - my other one is when I see a food choice that is bad but tempting I tell myself 'it will taste of remorse'

If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got.
It is a motivation to change and also a reward for improving your habits
Bad habits = poor outcome
Good habits = better outcome0 -
