My friend and I are starting a lose 20 pounds by October 25 Challenge! Anyone else want to join us? These are the rules:

eat 3 meals a day, and they have to be relatively healthy which means limited microwavable foods like lean cuisines (I could live off those but they are SO not healthy) and of course water intake to try to get at least 8 cups, also we have to have at least 30 minute of some sort of cardio a day, that is the least amount of cardio recommended by the AHA and our diaries have to be able to be viewed so we can encourage one another.

    Im in,i only have 20 to lose,but ill take as much as i can get,Just need a challenge and accountability.I eat normally and eat everything in moderation,no processed food though!

    I am in! Although I have got about 85lbs to lose, this challenge will keep me on track. Last Saturday my weight was 238lbs, but I have ordered a new machine which will arrive in 2 days so I will post again.

    Can I join to? i eat 6 small meals a day (well try too) as i've always been a grazer and this helps by me eating this way. My weigh in day is a Tuesday i start at 253.8lbs

    Sure I'm in :) I go on Vacation starting Friday, so I won't be able to weigh in next week, but I am taking MFP with me on my cell to log etc!
