I know it is recommended to have 8 glasses of water a day. But sometimes I crave that fizz from soda. I found flavored waters with the fizz. The labels says no cal, sugar, etc. Does it count towards my 8 glasses or no?

absolutely! it's really (8) cups of 'liquids', not water. coffee, tea, juice, water, etc are all included!0

I buy fizzy flavored water. Great replacement for fizzy drinks I used to crave!0 -
I absolutly agree that it counts but, I have to say I love my "sodastream" !
I get the fizz and it is just water no extra salt or sugar.
I like to add a bit of lemon or lime concentrate.0 -

I strongly disagree. It says "water" not "liquids". You have to track the coffee and juice and milk since they have calories. And nothing is as good for you as water.0
