Mine was 212.5 lbs (15stone 2.5 lbs) in July 2 years ago when I joined Slimming World to lose the weight.

So far so good, I am now 141 lbs (10stone 1 lb).

Still want to lose at least another 15 lbs, maybe another 7 after that, I'll see how I feel when I get there :)

I've had a lot of ups and downs, but over all I have lost over 5 stone, and I am so much happier.

Oh and I'm approx 5 ft 2 inches tall.

I think I was around 420. I didnt have access to a scale when I made the decision that enough was enough. I first weighed in at 417 officially around 3 yrs ago.
I'm currently ~270 on my way to 230.
  • Heaviest was 227 lbs a few years ago, joined MFP at the end of January this year at 180 lbs, now at 157 lbs. Congrats and best wishes to everyone.

Um...probably somewhere around 250-260. I know I saw myself at 248, but that was after I lost some weight. I was too scared to hop on the scale when I first started two years ago.

Highest was 225lb around 2008. Been bouncing around been 180-200 for the last few years now. Goal is 160 see where I go from there. I'm only 5'4" with a small bone structure so even that might be too heavy.

221...March of 2011. Tried to convince myself it was "baby" weight, except my baby turned 2 at that time, so that excuse went down the tubes.
  • My heaviest was 420 - two weeks ago

In high school of all things, back in 94' - 335lbs. I hated my life back then. Late 2010 I got close (321) and that's what made me adjust certain things (like walking at work, getting a balance ball chair, trying to adjust my diet). Lost 30 pounds just adding that but it stopped late 2011.... that's went i started taking things more seriously.

My heaviest weight was 362lbs as of November of last year.
    I'm 6'1" and I'm currently 333lbs with a goal of 195lbs.
For the last 4 years I've been over 300lbs, spine and hip complications are one of the reason's I turned to food, and I'm tired of complaining about my weight. All I can do now is take these big steps and get back to taking care of my self, even if I'm in pain doing it, I may have physically pain, but emotional pain seems to stretch out much further and I'm sick of it.

My heaviest weight is when I started on this site, it was a wake up call. 361! I'm 10lbs down and looking to loose over 100 lbs to start, then start a new goal once that is reached.

My heaviest was 273. I am currently at 250 and want to eventually get to 160-165. I wish you the very best of luck!!
  • 158 lbs at 5'3" currently at 148 and counting down ... hit a plateau and need to bump up the exercise and be patient realizing that muscle weighs more than fat. My clothes have been fitting a LOT better so I know the scale will soon reflect that.
