Best butt toning exercises?

Hi everyone!! Just wondering what exercises you all do to tone the good ole gluteus maximus? :smile: I have been running and biking and doing strength training in addition to 30 Day Shred so I have done some work, but still would like to hear what works best for you in this particular area.

Suggestions? Looking forward to a "butt of steel"! LOL

    Brazil Butt Lift or Butt Bible and very good and comprehensive programs that many, myself included swear by. while most of the workouts are lower body exercises, they do include cardio, strength training and core work.

    Heavy squats, past parallel. Lunges and deadlifts are good too.
