    i honestly can not believe that these pics are the same person....you were a cute boyish guy in the before picture and in the after picture you're like some surfer/skier dude...way to go on your amazing accomplishment...great work getting involved with fitness with your wife...you two will have a long happy healthy life together....just amazing results....denise

    wow I am over 300 pounds you inspire me I would love to get to your level. I have a addiction to food I do really good for a while then I find myself buying bad food and eating it or ordering it without thinking. Or thinking I can work that out I have lost up to 33 pounds on this site and now its only 23 pounds. I joined the ymca and workout and swim 2-4 times a week. You inspire me is there any tips or secerts that can help me ??

    Congrats brother! Your story is extremely inspirational and motivating. I was over 300 and have lost 60lbs so far. Now I know it can be done!
