Eliptical

Etc

Are there 15 brave souls ready for this challenge?

OK, I'm on board. I've never done one of these challenges before. Do I keep track of my miles and tell when I get to 225, or post every day? I'm a complete newb...

Hmmm, I've been trying to use the treadmill at home more. I just calculated that this would mean doing about 6.5 miles per day which doesn't sound too bad.

I might just give it a go but I'll do it from afar  (This is my first ever post... I'm shy!)
