I am a 30 year old proud mother of two beautiful girls ages 8 and 5. I am here for support and to give some. I have a wonderful husband who tries his best to help me out, but he is a guy. I need some girl friends, and a few guys with the same aspirations and goals as myself. I to want to get fit for myself and to keep up with my energetic girls. I need to lose at least 20 pounds, but would love to lose around 30. Who is with me?

    I am 23 with no kids but I want to get fit so I can be able to have children at some point and be healthy for them. I have alot more to lose than you but I am here to support anyone who needs it
