Walked a little bit instead of taking care.

Gotten my butt to the gym.

What is today's personal goals? Keep away from those pesky carbs. They are just not worth the extra pounds or the extra effort to lose.0 -

I ate healthy foods instead of junk.

Nothing. Even though I went over I still made better food choices.
