Back on the wagon!

Well it's been an interesting year... I was going strong last year and I just checked in to see where I was last year at this time... and let me tell you this.. I was on a good path. For some reason I let myself stray and am now back on. I want to get where I was last year and then continue to go forth even more. I am determined!! Need a buddy, cause I do?

  • Hello!! I too have jumped off the band wagon and decided today I'm back on. I kept telling myself I'd be at my goal weight by now but, telling myself and acting are 2 different things. I just started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today and got some walking in. I'm starting my diet tomorrow. My goal weight is 145 right now. Then I'll re evaluate and decide if I want to go smaller or maintain. What are you planning on doing to lose the weight? How much do you have to lose?

    HI there. Well ultimately I would like to be around 170 lbs... so I have just under 50 lbs. We'll see where I can get to! Happy to be back on the wagon.
